Arquidalis is passionate about three things: caring for people, developing her professional skills, and constantly learning new things. With nine years of experience as a lab manager and surgical assistant, she is a tremendous asset to our team.

Becoming a Certified Medical Assistant in 2014 with an associate's Degree in Science, Arquidalis graduated from Southern New Hampshire University with a Bachelor's Degree in Science & Healthcare Administration. She has been a part of Dr. Findley’s care team for the past seven years and thoroughly enjoys providing our patients with excellent care.

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and three kids, reading, and dancing.
